Meet Our Talented Dental Team

Sue – Business Manager

Sue is originally from Whately and currently resides in Gill, MA. Over 30 years ago, she joined our practice (and the dental field) and hasn’t looked back since! She loves that her job is made up of several different tasks, which means no two days are ever quite the same.

Outside of dentistry, Sue's interests include painting, repurposing furniture, and scouring flea markets and thrift stores for treasures. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and rescue dogs!

Casey—Practice Leader

Casey says that the best part of her job is our patients--she finds it extremely rewarding to help them get out of pain and smile again! She joined our practice in December 2022 and she is thankful to be surrounded by so many skilled and kind individuals who have taught her so much about dentistry.

Casey has been married to her best friend, Tyler, for over a decade, and they have two wonderful cats, Luna and Oreo. Outside of dentistry, she is a sponsored professional disc golfer and tends to spend a lot of her spare time in tournaments, leagues, and casual rounds with friends. She also loves regular golf, hiking, and being creative through embroidery, clay jewelry making, and stained glasswork.

Carla – Front Desk Receptionist

Carla enjoys meeting new people of all ages and backgrounds in her role at the front desk. She is originally from Hadley, MA, and completed her studies at Bay Path University in Longmeadow. Carla grew up on a farm and likes to garden in her free time. She and her husband, Tom, are the proud parents of a Malamute, Salina Ann, and she likes to relax by reading and going out on their boat.

Jaylene—Schedule Coordinator

Originally from Seattle, Jaylene is always eager to get to know new patients as well as catch up with returning ones. When she isn’t working, you’ll usually find her practicing photography, reading, or traveling.

Amber – Dental Hygienist

Amber has an impressive nearly two full decades of experience in the dental field under her belt, and 16 of them have been spent with our team at BGH Dental. She completed her studies at Springfield Technical Community College and is licensed in local anesthesia. All these years later, her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is helping people achieve optimum oral health (and the self-confidence that comes with it!).

In 2012, Amber married her husband, Charles, and in 2018 they welcomed a daughter. She recently picked up gardening and absolutely loves vacationing in Las Vegas!

Bree – Dental Hygienist

Although Bree always knew she wanted to be a dental hygienist, she got her official start in the field of dentistry nearly three full decades ago (24 of which with our team!). She completed her education at Tunis Community Technical College and is currently certified in local anesthesia and in-office whitening. She genuinely loves building a relationship with each patient in the treatment chair, especially the kids.

Outside the office, Bree enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, two dogs, and cat. You can also find her trying out new recipes and finding the best bargains at thrift stores!

Chris – Dental Hygienist

Chris completed her studies at Tunxis Community College and has been helping her patients achieve healthy, strong, beautiful smiles ever since. Although she’s about to celebrate her 15-year anniversary with our team, she has three full decades of experience in the dental field. In that time, she has made many friendships that make her job fantastic.

Chris’s hometown is Shelburne Falls, and she loves vintage shopping. You can also find her spending time with her husband, child, two stepchildren, and three step-grandchildren!
