Your First Visit
Before you ever leave home, our New Patient Coordinator will work with you to make sure you know exactly what to expect, have all of your paperwork in order, schedule your visit, answer any questions, and most importantly, we’ll ask you about your treatment goals and any concerns you have about dental treatment. We’ll then complete diagnostics imaging and an evaluation with your dentist, and one of our hygienists will carefully remove plaque and tartar buildup from your smile. Finally, you’ll discuss your plan for ongoing treatment with the dentist. Call to find out more or schedule your first visit today.

Please arrive to your initial appointment 15 minutes early so that you can complete necessary paperwork. You can save time, if you prefer, by printing and completing the paperwork prior to your arrival. Just bring your forms to your visit, and we'll expedite your registration.

Insurance Welcome!
Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield are two of America's largest dental benefits carriers. Dental benefits are calculated within a "benefit period," which is typically for one year but not always a calendar year. Remember to check your benefits information so you know when you might be approaching your deductible payments or plan maximums.
What about Other Dental Insurance Plans?
We have many patients who have most of the major dental insurance plans offered. If we do not participate in the network for your dental plan, BGH Dental can certainly still see to your dental care but you may be responsible for your care costs. We will happily file the insurance claim on behalf of the insured as a courtesy to our patients.
