Turn Off Devices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the simplest ways to get better sleep is to turn off your electronic devices at least one hour before going to bed. Enjoy Relaxing Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of watching TV or spending time on your cellphone, find a relaxing activity before heading to bed, like reading a book or magazine.
